B: Application procedure
1: Company’s director should bring all the above documents to Hurstville Accountant to sign the “authorised form” to allow Hurstville Accountant to act as your agent. Or email (fax) all above documents to us.

C: Documents you should receive after finishing registration ：

D: Change company Address, structure, share percentage
1： You have to notify ASIC if company address, structure or share percentage has be changed. Director has to provide a board meeting report which has been signed by shareholders to us ；
2： Board meeting report must contain time, date, shareholders who attended and the decision made, it has to be signed by each shareholder. Otherwise Hurstville Accountant will not be able change anything for you.
3： Every year, company has to renew；
4： To de register a company you have to provide board meeting report, and your company current liability must be less than $1000；

We charge au$343（which includes registration for ABN/GST/PAYG, that itself is worth $330 in total) plus $463 in government fees, adding up to a total of au$806.
Q: How long will the company registration process take?
If there are no mistakes, your can get your Company Certificate and Number immediately from our office.
Q: How do I make changes to my registered company?
You can change your company details by logging into the ASIC website using your corporate key. However it may not be as easy as you think. If you authorize an ASIC registered agent like us to do it for you, it may be much easier.
Q: Who can register an Australian company?
Anyone can, however you must live in Australia and have a physical Australian address as the registered office of the company, and you have be an Australia tax resident.
Q: Can I choose any name for my company?
Yes, as long as it does not exist yet. Checking existing company names at www.asic.gov.au
Q: Can I form a company with just one person?
Yes, a proprietary company limited by shares can have one director and one share member who may be the same person.
Q: What information do I need to provide in order to register a company?

No identification is required. But for security reasons, we might ask for one for future reference. At the completion of the questionnaire you will be required to download declaration forms for each company officer and share holder. These forms will need to be printed and signed by the relevant people. However they do not need to be posted, they are to be kept safe with other company documentation.

Q: How do I deregister my company?
If you have no further use for your company, you need deregister your company within 28 days. We can help you to do this.
